Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website — and what we do not collect here.

Last updated: August 30, 2026 · Effective: August 30, 2026

In short: This website is a recruitment and information site for licensed healthcare providers. It does not request, receive, or store patient records or protected health information. The only information you can submit here is your own professional contact information, and we use it solely to evaluate and respond to your interest in affiliating with our network.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how MyCare Partners, LLC, a subsidiary of MyCare Holding Corp (“MyCare Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website (the “Site”).

We operate from Coral Gables, Plantation, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. You can reach us at info@mycarenetwork.net or (954) 331-7220.

This Policy applies only to this Site. It does not apply to the independent clinical practices, surgical facilities, or affiliated providers within the MyCare network, each of which maintains its own privacy practices and, where applicable, its own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

2. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

We want to be precise about this, because accuracy matters more than reassurance.

This Site does not collect protected health information (PHI). The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164), as amended by the HITECH Act, govern how covered entities and their business associates handle individually identifiable health information about patients. This Site is a professional recruitment and informational resource directed at licensed healthcare providers. It has no patient portal, no appointment scheduling, no intake forms, no medical records, and no database of any kind.

Accordingly, in operating this Site, MyCare Partners is not acting as a covered entity or a business associate, and the information collected here is not PHI. We make this statement rather than a blanket claim of “HIPAA compliance” because a website that collects no health information cannot meaningfully be described as HIPAA-covered, and we will not overstate our obligations.

Where HIPAA does apply. Affiliated practices and facilities within the MyCare network that furnish clinical care are covered entities in their own right. Their handling of patient information is governed by HIPAA, by Florida law including the patient confidentiality provisions of Fla. Stat. §456.057 and §395.3025, and by each entity’s own Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients directly at the point of care. Where MyCare Partners provides administrative or management services to such an entity and receives PHI in that capacity, it does so under a written Business Associate Agreement and applies the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required by the HIPAA Security Rule.

Please do not send PHI through this Site. Do not include patient names, medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or any other patient information in the affiliation form or in email to us. Standard internet email is not a secure channel. If you need to transmit clinical or patient information to us, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us directly. If you submit the affiliation application form, we collect exactly four items:

  • Your full name
  • Your practice email address
  • Your medical or clinical specialty
  • The affiliation track you select (Surgical Suites or Clinical Partners)

These are professional business-contact details. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, financial account information, license or DEA numbers, or any health information about you or anyone else through this form.

b. Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, and the date and time of your request. Our advertising measurement tools may also set cookies or similar identifiers as described in Section 6.

c. Information we do not collect. We do not operate a database on this Site. We do not collect patient information, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, or payment card data. The “Member Login” panel currently displayed on this Site is a non-functional interface element: it does not authenticate anyone, and any text typed into it is discarded in your own browser and never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

  • Review and evaluate your interest in affiliating with the MyCare network
  • Contact you about your application and discuss affiliation terms
  • Verify professional credentials and standing as part of our vetting process
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Measure the effectiveness of our provider-recruitment advertising
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not trade, rent, or license your information to data brokers, and we do not disclose the contents of your affiliation application to any advertising platform.

We do, however, use advertising services that involve sharing limited technical information for measurement and audience purposes, which some state privacy laws define as “targeted advertising” or “sharing.” This is described in full in Section 6, and you can opt out at any time using the methods in that section.

Your affiliation form submission is delivered by email to the MyCare Partners administrative team at info@mycarenetwork.net, with a copy retained by our administrative operations account. It is reviewed internally by the personnel responsible for network development.

Beyond that, information may be disclosed only:

  • To service providers who operate the Site on our behalf and are permitted to use the information only to provide those services — our website host (Vercel Inc.), our email transmission provider (Google LLC / Gmail), our web font provider (Google Fonts), and our advertising and measurement providers (Google Ads and LinkedIn Corporation, a Microsoft company)
  • To professional advisors — attorneys, auditors, accountants, and credentialing consultants — bound by duties of confidentiality
  • To comply with law, including a subpoena, court order, regulatory demand, or other legal process, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • To protect rights and safety — to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or address a threat to the security or integrity of the Site or to any person
  • In a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the successor remains bound by this Policy for information collected before the change

6. Cookies and Advertising Technologies

This Site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google tag, identifier AW-16778360742). When you arrive from one of our advertisements and take an action such as submitting the affiliation form, this tool reports that a conversion occurred so we can measure which recruitment campaigns are working. It may set cookies in your browser and share your IP address, device information, and ad-click identifier with Google LLC.

We use this only to measure provider-recruitment advertising. We do not use it to build health-related audience segments, and we do not target advertising based on any health condition. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and you can review Google’s advertising controls at adssettings.google.com.

LinkedIn advertising and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. We advertise our network to healthcare professionals on LinkedIn, including through promoted and boosted posts. To measure whether those advertisements lead to affiliation inquiries, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a script provided by LinkedIn Corporation (a Microsoft company). It may collect your IP address, device and browser characteristics, the pages you view on this Site, timestamps, and — if you are signed in to LinkedIn — an identifier associated with your LinkedIn membership.

Retargeting. We use this information to show our recruitment advertisements on LinkedIn to people who have previously visited this Site. Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and comparable state laws, this is “targeted advertising.” We want to state that plainly rather than bury it: if you visit this Site, you may later see MyCare Partners advertisements on LinkedIn. You can stop this at any time using the opt-out methods below, and doing so has no effect on your application.

The boundary we will not cross. Our advertising is directed to licensed healthcare professionals and is targeted using professional attributes only — job title, specialty, seniority, industry, and geography. We do not target or retarget any person on the basis of a health condition, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or medical interest, and we do not build, buy, or use health-related audience segments. We do not upload patient information to any advertising platform, because we do not hold any.

LinkedIn’s processing is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. You can control or refuse LinkedIn advertising in your LinkedIn advertising settings, and LinkedIn offers an opt-out for non-members at its cookie policy page.

Articles and posts on social platforms. When you read, react to, or comment on our articles and posts on LinkedIn or another social platform, that interaction happens on the platform, not on this Site. The platform controls that data under its own privacy policy. We see only the aggregate engagement statistics the platform reports to us, along with the public profile information of anyone who chooses to interact with our content publicly.

This Site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google in order to serve the font files.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google’s personalized advertising at the link above, or install the Google opt-out browser add-on. The Site remains fully usable with cookies disabled.

How to opt out of targeted advertising. You have several options, and any one of them is sufficient:

  • Adjust your Google and LinkedIn ad settings at the links above
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser, or browse in a private window
  • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser or extension — we honor GPC and similar browser-level signals as a valid opt-out request under Florida and other state privacy laws
  • Email info@mycarenetwork.net with the subject line “Opt Out of Targeted Advertising” and we will honor it

Opting out will not affect your ability to use this Site, to submit an affiliation application, or to be considered for the network.

7. Your Florida Privacy Rights

The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. §501.701 et seq.) gives Florida residents certain rights over their personal data. Although the thresholds in that law mean it may not apply to a business of our size, we extend the following rights to all Florida residents as a matter of policy:

  • Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it
  • Correction — correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Deletion — request that we delete personal data you provided
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable, readily usable format
  • Opt out — opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects
  • Opt out of sensitive data processing — though as described above, we do not collect sensitive data through this Site
  • Non-retaliation — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right

How to exercise these rights. Email info@mycarenetwork.net with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (954) 331-7220. We will respond within 45 days and may extend once by an additional 15 days where reasonably necessary, telling you why. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will only ask for information necessary to do so. There is no fee for your first two requests in a twelve-month period.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision within a reasonable period. We will respond in writing within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Florida Attorney General at myfloridalegal.com.

8. If You Are Outside Florida

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes have rights substantially similar to those in Section 7. We honor those requests through the same contact channel. California residents are additionally entitled to know that we have not sold personal information for monetary consideration. We do use the advertising services described in Section 6, which the California Consumer Privacy Act may treat as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; California residents may exercise the right to opt out of that sharing through any of the methods listed in Section 6.

This Site is directed to healthcare providers in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis for processing your affiliation inquiry is our legitimate interest in evaluating prospective network partners and taking steps at your request prior to entering an agreement; you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection at the contact address above.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep affiliation inquiries only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected. Where an affiliation does not proceed, we retain the inquiry for up to twenty-four months for recruitment record-keeping and to avoid re-soliciting you, then delete it. Where an affiliation does proceed, your information becomes part of our partner records and is retained under our contractual and regulatory obligations. Server and advertising logs are retained on the schedules of our hosting and advertising providers, typically not exceeding twenty-six months. We may retain information longer where required by law or to preserve evidence for an actual or anticipated legal claim.

10. How We Protect Information

Consistent with Fla. Stat. §501.171(2), we take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, use, modification, or disclosure. All traffic to and from the Site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Form submissions are transmitted over authenticated, encrypted email channels. Access to submitted information is limited to personnel with a business need to see it. Credentials for our email and hosting systems are stored as protected environment secrets and are never placed in the Site’s source code. Because we operate no database, there is no standing store of applicant records on this Site to be breached.

Breach notification. If confidential personal information is subject to a breach, we will notify affected individuals as promptly as practicable and in any event within thirty days, and will notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs where the breach affects 500 or more Florida residents, as required by Fla. Stat. §501.171(3)–(4).

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with the Site is no longer secure, contact us immediately.

11. Communications and Your Opt-Out

If you submit the affiliation form, you are asking us to contact you, and we will reply to the email address you provided. Any commercial email we send will identify us, include our physical address, and offer a working unsubscribe mechanism, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us, and we will honor the request promptly.

We will not send you autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls or text messages without your prior express written consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. §501.059). Providing your email address on the affiliation form is not consent to receive marketing text messages.

12. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and specifically not from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn that we have received such information, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes we may have information about their child should contact us at the address below.

14. Accessibility

We are committed to making this Site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier to accessing any part of this Site, or need this Policy in an alternative format, contact us at info@mycarenetwork.net or (954) 331-7220 and we will provide the information you need through another means.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. If we make a material change to how we handle information already collected from you, we will provide more prominent notice — by email where we have your address, or by a notice on the Site — before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
